appTown uses only cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work, or that remember a choice you made. We don't use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, and we don't let third parties set cookies through appTown. Because these cookies are essential, there's nothing to accept or reject.

Over HTTPS, the cookies that hold sign-in details are named with a __Host- prefix,
which locks them to appTown's own address. Sign-in cookies can't be read by scripts on
the page.
Other storage on your device
The mobile app briefly stores a one-time sign-in code on your device while you sign in in your browser, and removes it once you're signed in.
Third-party content
- Sign-in happens on our sign-in partner's page (WorkOS, and your provider, such as Google or Microsoft), which uses its own cookies under its own policy.
- Map views may load maps from Google, which receives your IP address and the map area shown.
- Payments for plans happen on Stripe's checkout page, under Stripe's policies.
Your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block the session
cookie, you won't be able to sign in.
If we ever add cookies that aren't essential, we will update this page first and ask for your consent before setting them.
